Who is responsible

This site is operated by an individual based in Switzerland. Contact details are on the contact page. Applicable law includes the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the GDPR where visitors are in the EEA or the UK.

What the site itself collects

The simulations run entirely in your browser. Nothing you do inside a simulation, including where you drag and which settings you choose, is transmitted anywhere or stored. There is no account system and no newsletter.

The site does not set any cookie of its own.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address and user agent in order to deliver the page and protect the service. This processing is necessary for the site to function.

Advertising

The site displays advertising supplied by Google. Google and its partners may set cookies or read similar identifiers in order to serve and measure advertising. Where required, a consent banner appears before any personalised advertising is served, and your choice is recorded and can be changed at any time from the cookies page.

Fonts and scripts

Typefaces and the 3D library used by the simulations are served from this site's own domain, not from a third-party CDN. Loading a page therefore does not disclose your IP address to a font or script provider.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data relating to you, and you can object to certain processing. Because the site keeps no user accounts and no analytics profile of its own, most such requests concern data held by the advertising provider, and should be directed there as well.
